I noticed something cool with gedit! (remembers)

I was opening a document (playing with some cvs stuff, always read the readmes...).

So I noticed when I open it again, it scrolled to the part where I left the cursor...
That's right, click anywhere in a document, close it. Open other stuff whatever, load the document, boom goes right where you left off...

I've got to say that's damn brilliant!

(P.S. using dapper amd64, not sure if old gedit does it...)

Evince does the same with pdfs IMO.

I think it's quite useful.

gVim does that too, I find it a little disorienting at times.
