Partition Layout

I was wondering what partition's everyone here uses

I have 5 partitions:
/
/tmp - prevent some attacks from peers on the network
/usr - programs kept safe during upgrades
/home - in the case of an upgrade goes wrong everything would be safe
/media/Projects - any work I have is on a logical partition for safety if system fails
/media/Multimedia - multimedia kept separate and out of the way

please post yours and explain why you chose which
