Help with notification area

I got this problem after running with an external monitor connected to my laptop, the problem is the my icons in the top right corner is completely messed up and I can't seam to reset them to the normal layout (see image).

I'm hoping the some of you guys/girls knows how to fix this problem.

I'm running Ubuntu X64 in duel-boot with windows 7 on a Lenovo X301.

Can you not right-click the icons and notification area, select unlock, then right-click and select move?

Yeah I can but I don't have the option for the "Logout/Shutdown" and "Network and Wireless" icons and I need to swap these to get it back to normal :(

Sorry I fixed it my self, for some reason I didn't look closely enough.
