F-Spot email export in thunderbird

I read the existing post about that, and I tried the fix, but it doesn't work for me.
F-Spot is still not attaching pictures to the email when I choose the "export -> send as email" option.
The compose window is correctly open, but no attachments.
The command is set as /opt/thunderbird/thunderbird "%s"

Any ideas?
