Regarding Ubuntu 10.04

Dear Ubuntu Geeks,

Hi All, Recently I ve downloaded Ubuntu 10.04 and tried to installed in my PC,but as soon as I put it for installation,it started to display some kind of messages(difficult to understand)I waited for the installation wizard for almost 45-60 min,but still I dint get the installation wizard.

What might be the reason dear geeks, this error never raised for the previous versions of Ubuntu, but why only for Ubuntu 10.04,any specific reason.My PC hardware components are as follows:
for Root - 15 GB
Swap -2GB
RAM -1.2 GB
Processor: AMD Athlon x64 2800+
Motherboard - MSI VIA Chipset
AGP- 128 MB - Inbuilt
(Also had a dual boot with Win XP as other Operating System)

Kindly give me clues for getting successfully installation of Ubuntu 10.04 in my PC.

Try to run it in live mode first, select Try Ubuntu and see if it can load live mode fine.
