Ubuntu 10.0.4 LTS can not wake up after hibernate and suspend

It was working in version 9, after I install the new one Ubuntu 10.0.4 LTS, it can not wake up after hibernate and suspend. I am using Dell studio Desktop

I have the same problem with Dell Inspiron 14R. Any one have any suggestion on this? I am doing R&D to solve this prob. Will post back if it solved !

Which media did you use? Is it 32bit or 64bit?
