acer aspire 1410 intel celeron SU2300 cpu
on battery power, the laptop auto-dims. upon user input, it tries to readjust to the previous brightness, but it only ends up at 50%, no matter what it was set on before.
sound was not working until you go into preferences, output, and switch connector from sound output, to analog output to analog speakers
don't know if that is necessarily a bug, but it is un-intuitive.
