This thing is making me crazy,
I do have two panels on my desktop, one on the top and one on the left.
The one on the left is set with manual size and centered (to avoid overlap with the top one.
But at the next login the panel loses the alignment. The panel are misplaced of about 30-40 pixel to the top or the bottom.
Moreover when I open the panel setup the marker are also displaced in respect to the actual position of the frame (see the attachment)
I know that is a minor issue but it is very annoying.
