How to to repair erased repositories

Hello I upgrade from 9:10 to 10:04 and then I erased some repositories entry now I cannot upgrade. what next

Go to System -> Administration -> Software Sources
and tick the boxes for the repositories you want.

You can use this site to recreate a new sources.list if necessary. It can also show you a variety of available 3rd party repositories if desired.
