View Full Version : [ubuntu] How do I configure Ubutu to automatically save my documents on an external drive?

I have an external hard drive that I use to store the My Documents folder from my Windows partition. I want to be able to automatically have all of my saved documents from Ubuntu go there as well. How do I configure that?:guitar:

I think that you're talking about file synchronisation - there is no such feature built into Ubuntu but I use this:

Simply follow the instructions to install and then enter the two directories that you wish to sync and hey presto! :P
