It would be nice if System > Administration > Hardware Drivers would also show the Linux non-proprietary drivers that are in use.
I have a situation where I downloaded some updates, and now my touchpad is completely non-functional. I believe this is due to an update to Xserver-Xorg-input-synaptics touchpad driver. It would be nice to have a way to rollback the driver, like Windows has.
For now, I have a dead touchpad on my laptop, until I can figure out how to reverse the update.
I have submitted this in bug report # 580782 on launchpad.
