Hi!

I am new in Ubuntu.
I wanted to know the step-by-step offline installation of KDE and XFCE in ubuntu.
I already seen one through google.
But I wanted to get it straight from here.

It is like I install Ubuntu on my computer.
Then I download the KDE and XFCE from Internet Cafe (I don't have internet).
Then I install KDE and XFCE to my Ubuntu.
Then whenever Ubuntu start I select GNome, KDE or XFCE to use.

Thanks for Help.

Try keryx (http://keryxproject.org/) to download the package files on another computer which you can then install on ubuntu. Read this tutorial (http://keryxproject.org/tutorial/) to learn how to use it.
