Correct syntax for wget at wiki.ubuntu.com

Hi, I tried to connect to wiki.ubuntu.com with wget to download a file but could not get around the SSL certificate. I tried the --no-certificate-check and the --secure-protocol=auto options, no go. What are the correct options for wget to connect properly to wiki.ubuntu.com to download files. I am using Dapper all updates applied.

Also I installed Dapper using the install as a server option and am using elinks. Any recomendations for anything else besides elinks. I must use text browsing as no gui right now. Thanks.

P.S. not really sure how this will look as I am using elinks, did it come out alright?

i dont have the answer to your post, but i can answer the last part and say that yes it did come out alright.
