I added the keyboard-layout-switcher applet to the panel and it only has one layout, "us", available. Anyone else experienced this? I was thinking of trying dvorak, but not that important.

Thanks in advance and cheers.

The applet only shows the layouts you've enabled. If you want to swtich between 2 or more layouts, you have to add it manually on the Layouts tab in the Keyboard window of your Preferences menu.

Yeah, that's what I had wanted to do, but in Lubuntu, I haven't been able to find that. Preferences>Keyboard and Mouse>Keyboard has no layout section like in Gnome, KDE, and XFCE.

Sorry all, this has been accepted as a bug by the LXDE people.

Thanks for your time :)
