Hello everyone!
I just installed Ubuntu 10.04 on several machines and I am very impressed, it is really great; :) on some machines all the devices were automatically recognized, but for two of them I encountered problems. :(
For a PC at my work I have not yet success to install an EPSON AcuLaser C1100n network printer while at home I've had no trouble with a Dell Color Laser 3110cn.
For a PC at home I had troubles with an MGE Ellipse Max 850 UPS for which the power manager does not recover the state of the battery. I had to install nut and nut-monitor, while on another PC an APC Back-UPS RS 800 is automatically recognized.
Finally with a Microsoft MCE remote control, I could configure the media players software but not irexec.
If anyone had any advice, idea or consequential experiences, I would greatly appreciate.
