ubuntu 10.04 installation issue

I cant install ubuntu 10.04. i first booted with usb , and then with cd. both gets struck:(

We will need more information. Can you run it in live mode or is that getting stuck too? At which stage?

Also, if you started the installer process and it gets stuck, when?
