Anyone know of a DVI, USB, 4-Port and Dual Monitor KVM that I can get? I've been googling for some time and couldn't find anything that meets those requirements. Thoughts?

I don't know if Newegg ships to Mars, but have a look here (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817107223&cm_re=kvm_dvi-_-17-107-223-_-Product).

Actually this (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817402022&cm_re=kvm_dvi-_-17-402-022-_-Product) one looks even better.

Yeah, I have 3 computers, so those don't really work for me :( .

it might do want you want, but it is not has dual monitors

Walmart has this unit http://www.walmart.com/ip/Avocent-4SVDVI10-001-SwitchView-DVI-4-Port-KVM-Switch/13214623

It would be better if you can elaborate Sweet... Though as per your requirements I think this kvm switch (http://www.kvmstuff.com/server-management/kvm-switches.html) would be the best for you.

I think you mean this (http://www.kvmstuff.com/4-port-dual-monitor-dvi-usb-kvm-switch-w-7-1-surround-sound-support.html) one.

And yes, it's pretty nice :) .

I have a Trendnet TK207, The trendnet site says it is compatible with Windows and Linux. As I mentioned in another thread, the mouse pointer disappears.

Now it started scrambling my video on the Ubuntu side after i switch a few times.

Is anyone using a KVM with audio that is stable on Ubuntu and Win?

I just install Synergy for my dual computer/monitor setups. Not really sure if that`s any good to anyone here though.

That looks interesting, thanks. I'm going to look into the "Platform Independent" version.

I was looking at buying one of those KVM's from that place...QUESTION: The ebay listing says it supports VGA monitors. I'm hoping this isn't some really old KVM that ONLY supports up to VGA. Can you confirm this item still works with "modern" monitors?
Thanks,

I've got an ATEN CD-1764 DVI 4-port switch.

It works great with 8.04 Ubuntu on a dual boot single processor Dell, but I also have an Acer Aspire X3200 running W7 and Ubuntu 10.4

The Acer works fine with W7, but with Ubuntu 10.4 the keyboard goes haywireeeeeeee.

I tried 10.10 running off the DVD, same problem.
