10.04 new install visual effects

I have just installed the latest UNE and cannot get the visual effects to work, They did work in 9.10.

when i go into appearance the options are all grayed out.

system admin hardware driver: is it activated ?

which graphic card and which driver installed ?

graphics card is a Mobile Intel GMA 95.

how do i check the other details?

To enable it:

sudo aptitude install compiz-gnome
