Problem with put gnome panel to the left side

Like you seen in that screen-shot something is not alright, also MeMenu don't show the shutdown button and indicators applets end clocks don't fit well, and preserve gradient in bad way.

PLS HELP!

in your theme's folder somewhere you will find panel.png (or something similar). Rotate it 90° left or right.
you should get used to the clock. MeMenu(?) could have an option for vertikal panels

That a problem! I cant find the panel png of default ubuntu theme!
