Hi,

I installed Ubuntu Lucid 64 bits, but found out that my laptop battery doesnŽt less longer on the 64 bits.
I never had this problem with the 32 bits version. After going back to 32 bits lucid my Battery had much more time. My question is why are the 64 bits eats more battery energie than 32 bits version?
Sorry for my bad English!

always the same story: always install 64 bits and always have more troubles too, better to install the "pae" kernel to be able to use full ram on 32 bits.
