Install Windows XP using Ubuntu via USB Stick

Hey ;)

I just asked myself if its possible to install Windows XP using Ubuntu 10.04 Lucid Lynx, i want to install it to my second Partition cause i need it to play games.

I already tried Nlite, Unetbootin and WinSetupFromUsb and nothing did work for me.

I can only install it with my USB because i dont have a CD Drive.

Please help me :D

p.S: I got my WindowsXP at my Harddrive as an .ISO file.

edit: is it possible to make an bootable usb stick with vmware using the native windows?
