Hi, I'm a relatively new Linux user so please don't be mad. Tried searching around the forum but couldn't find a solution for this. It's not a huge problem really but when I load Ubuntu, 10.04, the top panel gets messed up in the top right hand corner.

I can fix this by hiding the top panel then showing it again but its a bit of a pain. Any ideas?

are you trying to delete the top bar and have it looking something like this? Minus the bottom bar cause mine is customized but you get the idea. One dock kinda like Windows.

Looks like there is 2 clocks on top right of panel. right click on the last
one and delete. If you get any problems just right click on panel and add new one if you lose them both.
Right click on any applet and hit about or properties and will tell you what it is.
