I'm having installation problem (during clean installation, the screen turns black after bootflash) due my notebook display = Intel 855 VGA chipset (Lifebook S6130). The installation CD tested fine on my other machines (different hardware specs).
Still no joy even after referred to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/X/Bugs/Lucidi8xxFreezes
Anyone else using the similar machine / problem + manage to find a resolution? Please help. Thks.
