Another Dual Monitor Issue

I have a dual monitor setup that has broken since I installed Lucid. Works fine with default drivers, but if I install nvidia drivers, my secondary monitor switches to my default, and I cannot change. Any changes I make to my menus or desktop layout are ignored after restart even though I run nvidia-settings under root, and xinerama wreaks havoc when enabled. Without it I cannot move windows between the two monitors, making them useless since everything opens on my default monitor.

Any help or suggestions?
