Anytime I try to enable my Visual Effect I get an error that reads
Desktop Effect could not be enabled
I had this problem about a week ago and figured it out, but I didn't write down the steps I took to solve the problem.
My CPU froze on me, I restarted my CPU and my effect were disabled again.
It's not my graphics card, I know that for sure.
