Compiz and Extra visual effects.

I just updated to Ubuntu 10.4 and I am having a problem every time I restart my computer i have to setup extra effects again. does any one know if this problem is being resolved?

I solved this problem by an easiest way, by activating visual effects and then by saving these settings from System-> Preferences->Startup Applications Preferences->Options->Remember currently Running Application

Just so everyone knows lucid has fixed this problem recently with a update now there is a custom fx option.
