Please tell me the proper Permissions List for Package Installation accout (root only?). Also, for Power User (sudo, admin, user?), Regular User, and Guest.
If I install rpms from the command line, should i log out & log back in as root?
I performed 1/2 the 10.04 package installation using default Live CD account, then KDE/plasma + a few others using a new admin account a day later. Now nothng works right , not even Dolphin. Can permissions be globally reset somehow?
