Official Hardware Compability List?

When I went looking for a usb mic headset for my pc I came up with an idea. On the official Ubuntu website there should be a hardware compatibility list to let users know what hardware works and if there is workarounds to getting hardware working and also post what version there running.The users should be allowed to post what hardware is currently working and the what hardware is not so that connical can maybe able ressolve hardware issues.

Here (http://www.ubuntuhcl.org/) you go. In the future, you might want to post ideas in the appropriate place, such as Ubuntu Brainstorm (http://brainstorm.ubuntu.com/). The devs don't use this forum for ideas.
