Hi

Hopefully a quick query with a quick answer - what version of wine is packaged across 9.10 and 10.04 releases?

I recently upgraded to 10.04 and a windows app that was happily working under wine - but on upgrade the performance of the windows app under wine has severely deteriorated - I suspect due to differences in wine versions. However I can only see my wine version on 10.04.

Therefore does anyone know what wine version was under 9.10?

Once I can see there is difference of the same app across both wine versions - I'll report to wineDB.

Thanks

I am guessing 9.10 was 1.1.31

Which Wine version did you install with 9.04? There has been wine, wine 1.0 & wine 1.2. The 1.2 is a beta version. I experienced an issue on upgrade to 10.04 with wine 1.2 already installed in 9.04. I had to install wine 1.0 under 10.04 to get things corrected.

Thanks all - for a quick response.

I only upgrade to 10.04 yesterday - I was up to date on upgrades on 9.10 - so hopefully I was on 1.1.31!

Prior to that it was a fresh install of 9.10 (not an upgrade from an earlier release).

BTW I'm on 64 bit - if that makes any difference.

Thanks again
