I currently am running kernel 2.6.8.1-4-686-smp. I've wanted to upgrade to the *hardened* one (via Synaptic), found at these repositories:
deb http://people.ubuntu.com/~pitti/linux-hardened/ /
deb-src http://people.ubuntu.com/~pitti/linux-hardened/ /
I try to do so and get this message:
linux-image-2.6.10-hardened-1-686-smp:
Depends: initrd-tools (>=0.1.75) but 0.1.70ubuntu9 is to be installed
Is there a way for me to get a more *current* version of initrd-tools outside of apt-get? Any ideas?
