Missing new themes

There were two new themes mentioned in the releases notes for 10.04, Ambiance and Radiance. They don't show up in my system->appearance themes. I have my system set to remap my home directory to an alternative drive so that i don't change all my settings each time i upgrade. Is that where the missing themes is occuring? I also didn't get a "memenu" which i assume must be the same issue. An help would be appreciated.
