I am pretty sure it would be "trichromat"...
However the question is pretty much philosphic and nothing else, since there would be no way to know if what we percieve in one way is percieved the same by somebody else. In this case a genetic test could be used to
discern between these groups, but it does not add much.

Do they hurt too when trying to read text in that pic ?

Seriously though, are the three cones completely interchangeable? I think I've read that humans can distinguish between more shades of green than other hue groups. If it's because of something related to the 'green' cone's characteristics then maybe it's possible to detect that condition without a dna test.
Assuming of course it actually is possible to have both conditions at once. They could be mutually exclusive.

And yep it's trichromat, from tri + chroma meaning 3 colors.
Tricho- means hair.
