Hi,

I've just gone through a fresh install of Lucid from Karmic. On Karmic my Kworld DVB-T PC160 tuner (a PCI device) installed fine after installing linux-firmware-nonfree and then installing the driver in the restricted drivers manager.

I went through the same process after freshly installing Lucid, and my card is not working.

I've checked for the card:
lspci gives no sign that it's there:

Strangely, lsusb does seem to pick it up (the Afatech device):

So it seems to recognise my PCI tuner as a USB model with the same chipset.

Not surprisingly it therefore does not install properly, and running
dmesg | grep DVB
gives a complete blank...

Any help appreciated!
