I just upgraded from karmic to lucid, but compiz will only work if I activate it from the compiz-fusion icon. Running compiz --replace gives me an error about a blacklisted PCI ID. I have an NVIDIA PCI card running over an onboard intel chip, and I have followed all of the steps I usually need to in order to get compiz running, including telling it to skip checks, but alas nothing has worked. I would like compiz to work automatically if possible.
