Adjust level at which battery criticality level is triggered

How can I adjust the levels at which the battery is considered to be critically low?

Right now it seems this is set at 5 or 10%. I want to make it 20 or 25%

This is for Gnome. I am using Lucid x86

have you tried hitting alt+f2, entering "gconf-editor", and then finding gnome power managment settings under one of the directory trees and editing it from there?
