Problem uninstalling Ubuntu 9.10 from within Windows Vista

I recently installed Ubuntu 9.10 within Windows Vista to try it out

I have since tried to uninstall it but the uninstall fails with a message saying it is unable to find the file it is attempting to delete - sysout=.

Can anybody help me please? The process has produced a fairly large text log of the procedure and the error but none of it means anything to me.

Thanks zvacet (http://ubuntuforums.org/member.php?u=79320) but this doesn't help I'm afraid.

I have followed this procedure as it is laid out and everything is fine till I get to the point where it says 'Click Uninstall. The progress wizard appears. The Completing the Wubi Uninstall Wizard appears'.
In my case instead of the above message i get a message that the uninstall has failed because a file to be deleted could not be found, and the uninstall won't go any further.
