XP to Vista in my dual boot?

i have xp and Ubuntu 10.04 dual booted Ive been with Ubuntu since jaunty and after upgrading Ubuntu i Would like to replace my xp with a custom vista, now my question is when i load vista will it kill Grub? if so will i have to repair Grub to boot Ubuntu?
do i use the magic grub disc or what?........would not like to have to reinstall Ubuntu so.....ya

I've never installed vista, don't know if it supports dual-boot with linux but it'll probably overwrite grub and you'll need to reinstall grub2 with an ubuntu live cd. here are the instructions for doing that:
