Hello everyone,
there is an application, the driver-daemon for 3dconnexion's spacenavigator 3dmouse, which runs in an ordinary and ugly looking window (it uses that old engine - forgot its name). I'd like to keep that thing - as it's basically a driver - locked away in tray and autostart it - well, like it usually works with this kind of software.
Unfortunally the software offers no means of sending it to tray whatsoever. Is there a way I can enforce that without reverse engineering the thing?#
PS: IÄve found alltray, but it doesn't work if I call
alltray '/etc/3DxWare/daemon/3dxsrv -d usb'
It takes a few seconds then the window comes up without tray icon.
