Strange lucid Problem

I have this strange taskbar problem in lucid...it was there since the beta release....i am attaching the screenshot......any idea why this happens???

Are you talking about how it isn't expanded across the top of the screen?

Have you tried to reset the notification panel back to the default settings?

Right click, Properties, check Expand

I have already clicked the expand button in properties tab. This problem appears sometime and sometimes it won't....may be i will live with that
