I have very strange problem after upgrade to 10.04 from 9.10.
Moving the mouse all the way to the top or bottom of the screen, clicks on the panel are not recognized. Instead of having a "mile-high menu" i must move the cursor two pixel up or down to hit the panel.
In example, to switch between windows I should be able to pull the mouse all the way down and click. Now this click is not registered although cursor tip is visible on the area. It is like there is something around the screen that covers the panels.
On this picture, I can't click on bottom two pixels.

The problem happens only under my account, other accounts and newly created ones doesn't have this problem.
I tried changing theme and reseting the panel by deleting "gnome/apps/panel" folder - didn't help.
Anybody heard about this?
