Stalled Upgrade, quick help

Hey guys,
I was updating my laptop to 10.04 and the process got stalled during the install. On the little application that appears when you use the update manager, it seems to get stalled showing "Found linux image: /boot/vmlinuz-2.6.32-22-generic" while Preparing memtest86+ .

So what should I do ? Stop the upgrade and try again ??
