Custom Alternative Install CD for Hyper-V

I would like to create a custom install cd with the hyper-v related modules enabled, the idea being that I don't have to add a legacy network adapter for use during the install and can install straight to the SCSI disk.

I've found lots of tutorials on creating a custom Ubuntu Live-CD, but I would really like a CD with just a simple, text-based installer. I've also seen tutorials on customizing what is installed when using the alternative CD, but not for creating one with a custom set of modules enabled.
