8.04 LTS to 10.04 LTS: Now or July?

Dear friendly Ubuntu users,

I have 6 desktops running 8.04 LTS and was wondering if this release of 10.04 is in fact the LTS version?

According to this (http://fridge.ubuntu.com/node/2030) site:

Users of Ubuntu 8.04 LTS may wish to wait for 10.04.1 LTS, due in July 2010, before upgrading.

I want to upgrade, but I want to do it right.

Please advise.

It is, indeed, the LTS version.

The reason behind waiting for July is because there are updates constantly coming out for Ubuntu. If you need a stable system without problems, wait until July.
