Boot Problem after upgrading to Lucid Lynx....

I upgraded ubuntu to Lucid Lynx.... now the newly installed grub is not working properly as i am not able to access the other operating systems even though they are in the grub menu........

I tried re installing the grub..... even after same problem persists... Help needed as I am able to access only ubuntu....... not able to load other operating systems(but shown in grub menu).....
