I really messed up this time!

I installed using wubi for version 9.10, then when it came time to upgrade I accidentally installed grub to my dvd drive anyone got a sulution on how to install grub im a total noob, or maybe im facing a diff problem?

I meant to put this in GRUB help. btw I it literally doesn't go into grub it just restarts my computer when I choose "Ubuntu"
