Hey Guys,

I've created a USB Startup disk using the Ububtu 10.04 LTS Live CD and selecting to save settings and changes to the USB drive so it has read/write access.

That all works fine, I've customized the install to my needs but now I wish to make the drive read-only so no changes can be made to the USB drive, or at least reset on shutdown.

How do i go about doing this?

is it possible to set chmod on the squshFS file on the flash drive or something to make it read-only...?

Any help would be great, Cheers.
