Is there an md5 tool for the CLI I can use to create and check md5 files as integrity checks?

LOL redmk2. That's cool.

From a command line just type md5sum <nameofyourfile.iso>

Then wait for the output and compare to the alphanumeric listed on the site you downloaded from.
