Greetings-

My Grub menu has what I believe was the latest 9.10 kernel stuck on disk but I do not see a package for it in Aptutude.

By chance did the upgrade process remove the package but leave the files since that was the kernel 9.10 was running on?

How do I purge the old kernel in this case?

Thanks!

After the first kernel update for 10.04, I could spot the one orphan 9.10 kernel package. That and the initial 10.04 kernel packages purged - all cleaned up. The numbers between 9.10 and 10.04 kernels were so close it was hard to spot the orphan package.
