10.04 beta to full release

I've been using the 10.04 beta for a while now and since then I made some improvements/installed software.

Thus my question: is it possible to upgrade from the beta to the full release? I can't seem to find it in the update manager.

Just "sudo apt-get update", then "sudo apt-get safe-upgrade".

Didn't know the updates from beta to full release came through the update manager. Seemed like I already had most of them. Thanks!
