Can Ubuntu get a context menu (if that is the name) like the one in the attachment?

If so... well, how?

Can you be a lot more descriptive?

Yes, you can get a dock that's a bit like the mac dock. But, not all docks work much at all like the mac dock in that they may not integrate the context options of a particular program that are available in a mac environment.

Yes, there are context menus for nearly everything, but some may be not be very customizable.

Of course, you can pick any dock you like and write your own applet for a particular application that you need. Heck, you may even be able to get the dock maintainer to help write it (or possibly do it for you if it's popular enough).

But first, can you be more descriptive?

I mean, the right-click menu being rounded, transparent black and blue for highlighted items...
EDIT: P.D. Forget about the dock.

KDE might do that. I don't use kde, so I don't know.
